Living in the city of Sudbury, close to nature, provides many opportunities- birdwatching, walking around the lakes, golfing on many scenic local courses, cross country skiing in the parks in winter. Other pastimes include maintaining a home during the many weather changes in Northern Ontario- from tending flowers in the summer to clearing snow in the winter.

Hello! Here I am- a senior in good health, with enough time on my hands to investigate new interests- the computer which I found baffling but exciting- I find the wonderful world of the internet and e-mail so fascinating since I am from the age of "snail mail".

Our family of five children grew up in Neidpath, Saskatchewan- the moved to Westport, Ontario in order to continue high school education. Three of us saw military service in World War II- all five enjoyed success in our chosen careers. After I married, my wife and I raised three children in Sudbury, Ontario.
